All around great experience! Decided it was time for a furnace upgrade. Called LSM for a quote, they sent someone to my home a few days later to measure, and assess the needs. I had a quote in email the next day with 3 options. Called and discussed the options and differences and indicated I'd like to move forward. Install booked for one week later. 2 gentlemen showed up on time, installed the new furnace, took away the old one, and relocated my thermostat for me at my request. They did a clean and professional install, all the new venting and everything looks very nice and neat. Cleaned up all their mess and were overall just great guys. Even gave them a 20 to buy themselves coffee and breakfast on me for the next day.
Our furnace quit working. They sent someone out on the same day, and fixed the furnace. Rob was friendly and professional. Thanks LSM!
These guys are awesome and professional in every aspect. I have had no issues with their sheet metal division on getting stuff bent up. Great people and friendly.
I recently had routine maintenance performed on my furnace. I was very satisfied with the professional service I received, and should something happen to my furnace I am confident I am in good hands should I need repairs. Great service!

I contacted this company to have my fireplace serviced and to have a fan put in. I was told both could be done, and I would be contacted in one to two days for pre-payment on the fan. A week went by and I was not contacted, so I followed up and they said they were waiting reply from the supplier. Another week went by so I followed up again and they said the supplier is not responsive but they could book the fireplace service. I found the fan I needed online and sent them the link and asked if I ordered it, would they be able to install it. That was a few days ago and no reply. Will be going with another company.
I went in to get a quote on powder coating my rims & the guy said he would run numbers and get back to me the next couple days. I called back a week later he said he forgot. I went in another week after and he said oh yeah I forgot to call you but I’ve had your numbers for a while. Then I tell him to order in the colour and supplies needed and let me know once they arrive. Meanwhile he directs me to arrange a plan for removing my tires off my rims. He says he will be in touch within the next 10 business days to discuss a booking. He never called. I went back they said nobody ever ordered the paint nor was there any notes about said order being needed. For a 1200 job you think they put a little effort into their customer service. I will never bring any business to them. Not gonna give someone my money if they don’t care. My advice to them is treat your customers as your number one priority and train your staff accurately.
