First time experience with bubble tea, and I'm not disappointed. Tried the Earl Grey milk tea and the Brown Sugar Roar and they were both delicious, and they look so pretty! Very fast service for custom made drinks. Interior was beautifully decorated and had a pleasant smell, maybe lavender. Will definitely be trying this again. I will say I am very disappointed in the parking situation at the front of these buildings, and not due to Quen's. The companies responsible for the random fencing and cement barriers in the parking lot should be ashamed at how much they are impeding their fellow local businesses. Share the parking love!

I’ve never tried real milk tea until Quen’s, and I must say I am impressed! Firstly, their tapiocas are soft which is the most essential part of any bubble tea in my opinion. Secondly, I have tried the brown sugar roar, cookies and cream, strawberry sky cheesecake, and the classic; all have been delicious. Very unique and authentic bubble tea, as they are made with real tea’s and milk. Prior I was only accustomed to frozen smoothie types of bubble tea, but these milk teas are not like that and they are sooo good! I recommend trying Quen’s.

Amazing bubble tea! Fantastic customer service and a really great aesthetic! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much! Edit: my wife and I stop in every time we're in town for our Costco trip! They have tea by the gallon for a great price too! Great idea! The staff are always so friendly too! Keep it up!

I had the Mango Passion Green Tea and it was very delicious. Very clean and neat shop with beautiful decors. Service was good and prices are average compared to other local spots. Would definitely recommend this place for a tasty treat.

This place is legit! I feel like I am in Asia when I come to Quen's. They have lots of different options, my favourite is the Earl Grey Cheesecake Milk tea. You can customize with less sweet and add tapioca pearls and grassjelly. The girls are also super friendly if you have no idea what to order.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The taste is pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised. More of a traditional milk tea taste, which doesn't have an over-powering sweetness. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
