Silvertip Plumbing had great customer service. I had to add to the tank capacity a second time. The first time they were quite helpful with adding 2 tanks. The second time they charged quite a bit more for adding 3 tanks and they admitted they gave me a discount the first time but did not want to honor the same price the second time. Sadly, I'll just have to get me new tanks out of Edmonton and stop using these guys.

Had the hot water tank go and leak water all over the basement. While cleaning up the mess, called Silvertip and booked a service call to replace the tank so I could get the water up and running again. I called about 9am for service and they were at my house, with a new tank, by 1pm. The technician, Ben, was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. New tank installed in no time. Even had a catch tray, complete with the drain piping, put in to avoid the mess if the tank ever goes again. This was a great company to deal with. From the lady who took my call and info, to Ben who came out and did the install (Even taking some extra time to explain ways to extended the life of the new tank). I would highly recommend these guys!

I sent an online inquiry to Silvertip and heard back within 20hours!! Impressive response times during the entire process, even showed up early! Staff are friendly and courteous. Prices are fair. Will be returning for plumbing/heating issues or inquiries

These crooks had 4 people they to sell me a new water heater before they even knew its age or what was broken. When I insisted that come look at it first, they became rude and pushy, threatening a large bill and saying I'll probably end up having to replace it soon anyway. (Turns out my unit was only 7 years old). After I ate the cost of their guy installing the wrong part the first time, and the interest they tacked in without warning, my bill was 1000 for a minor and routine job. These people are crooks.
