We really enjoyed working with Integrity Hardscapes, and they did a great job on our drainage challenge. We had four companies come out and bid on the project. We felt that Tommy's analysis, insights, and explanation were easy to follow and made a lot of sense. Their straightforward and competitively priced proposal made choosing them an easy decision. Then, when their team came out to actually do the work, I was very happy that the owner, Tracy, came out to review and confirm the plans with me and his team before they got to work. Their team of two worked hard and fast and did a great job. They were friendly and courteous and kept me updated on how things were going. Once it was all wrapped up, Tracy and Tommy came back out to review and make sure we were happy. Another really nice touch. They've done an excellent job and finally solved our drainage challenge, protecting our house and making life easier for us. We're very grateful! We've already been talking about a future patio project with them and would be happy to recommend them to anyone in KC.

Tracy and his crew are awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, clean (never any trash in the yard and they even power washed the street when they were done bringing in material). We are very pleased with the retaining wall built by them and would highly recommend Integrity for any landscaping jobs.
From the beginning, Tommy was very responsive and helpful! He really cared about making sure our vision could become a reality, and within our budget. The team who built our new patio worked hard to complete our project in a timely manner, while also being incredibly thorough in their craftsmanship. Can't speak to their work but comparatively to my other quotes they are way way expensive; almost 120% more than any other quote. They seem pretty trustworthy though.
We had an erosion issue on the side of our new concrete back patio. They designed and installed a custom wall unit that included three planters, a lighted waterfall and a slatted privacy fence. It is amazing and is the hit of our backyard!! Will use them again on our next project.
