I wasn't able to actually make an inquiry or a purchase at the store because of the hour I passed through. I can say though that the location is easy to see from the main road and is very accessible. Parking seemed to be adequate for the size of building and also was well situated to the building. I'll be curious to price the products as some point.

We used Mid-America Pool Renovation a few years ago to do a complete renovation to our swimming pool which was approximately 40 years old. They installed a new inner-glass lining, tile and skimmers, and what a huge difference it made. We have had so many compliments from our friends who come to swim with us, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We found the people at Mid-America Pool Renovation to be very knowledgeable and extremely competent. Each person that we worked with during the process was very helpful, courteous and professional. We recently asked them to come out on a warranty issue, and they got on it right away and took care of the problem without any complaints at all. They are honest and trustworthy, and they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them if you are considering doing work to your pool.

Our homeowners association faced a major renovation of a larger-than-average community pool. The project management at Mid-America was very proactive in helping us evaluate the pool condition and presenting very competitive bids (with alternate performance options) to complete the work, including electrical code upgrades. Despite unavoidable weather delays the project was completed in a timely, thorough and cost-conscious manner. All aspects were thoroughly communicated by field staff throughout the project. We were impressed with the quality of tech staff obviously enhanced by their longevity with the company. At the close of project they were very responsive to very minor issues that arose usually correcting them within 24 hours of notification. There were many positive comments from pool patrons when it opened up with a good number stating that the pool did not look that good when it was new (25 years prior). We were very satisfied with our experience with Mid-America and would not hesitate to engage their service as needs arise in the future. We were disappointed at most stages of the process. They guessed end of June for the project and it was finished in early August. Part of the problem was that they ran out of the tile before it was finished and so we waited on a new order to come in. The reason we ordered that particular tile pattern was that it was in stock. When finally finished the result was poor. On top of it all we had some mess to clean up after they left. Might want to keep looking. Update to the review above: Mid-America reached out about the concerns listed above. They came out to see the problems and have sent a crew back to dress things up. It looks much better. For their concern and for fixing me up, they deserve a much better score.

I’ve had the privilege to work w/ Mid America Pools on a professional level and couldn’t be impressed with how the do things. They have crews that work all over the country from YMCAs to Olympic size. If you want some done right I’d highly suggest Mid America Pool Renovations!

We started a pool renovation with a company called ASAP Pools, what a DISASTER, they quit on me in mid June, lost all workers etc...To the rescue was Joe Totta and Mid America Pool Renovation, I figured in the middle of the summer everyone was booked.. They squeezed me in and did a phenomenal job!! They were quick and efficient, very clean and professional...if there is such a thing as a 6 star rating, I would give it to them. I already have them hired to do my diamond brite for next year. Highly recommended.. Its hard to find contractors these days that actually show up and do what is expect. Joe would take my calls, text on weekend, evening etc...Unreal...
