I saw 4 people in the Grandville MI office for my eye exam on Feb 25, 2021. Only one person called me by name and that was the receptionist who was very professional and friendly. The other 3 people including the Doctor who did my exam acted like they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. They were not friendly at all. They acted like they were in a real hurry and just did not have time for me. They could have cared less if I was there or not. There were only a couple other people in the place. They pressured me to find a frame quick although I didn't like any of their frames, I did not just get my prescription and go somewhere else which I should have. I wanted my lens put in the frame I had and they said it couldn't be done. So I finally settled for a metal frame at a cost of 179. As I was paying for my glasses the lady reminded me to "write today's date down because the insurance that was added to my bill was only good for a year and I needed to bring my glasses back before that time to probably have them replaced because the coating would probably be scratched by then. So many red flags.....

I always am treated well when I go there . The staff is always good with the pre testing and then on to the eye doctor. He always answers my questions and explains my test results.

I was very nervous to go to the Granville office after reading all the negative reviews. But it was too late to cancel our appointment so we went and hoped for the best. And I’m so glad we did! Everyone was so nice, kind, professional, and friendly. Shantelle was very kind when I called on The phone and apologized that no one called to confirm our appointment. Ann greeted us at the door to check our temperature. The tech that brought us in to give us the pre-test was very professional. Dr. H is really cute and funny and nice. Alice was super good, and professional and honest and told us what glasses she thought looked good on us and which one didn’t. I am so glad I didn’t listen to those negative reviews because they were not correct at all! And with all the add-on I put on my glasses, they still only came to 84.00! Last year at another place they were over 900.00!

Had an appointment at 9:35, showed up at 9:41 after driving 40 minutes and told I couldn’t do my eye exam. This place is a joke and will continue to use eye glass world over America’s best

After reading reviews i was a little concerned but at the grandville location, staff was very friendly. I was explained frame sizes & what size would fit best for my face. They were running behind & apologized for the wait. I will use them again & recommend to people on a budget!
