Tho the experience was nice, the environmental waste was very high. I was given a bag and a brochure, and told to fill it with the things I would need. Everyone else had the same but I was just browsing. Threw my bag away in the trash, not even used, and the garbage was filled with everyone else's bags. Why so much waste? Atleast provide recycle bins maybe?

The greeter was very polite as she sprayed our hands with sanitizer and asked us to please wait while they did a mid day cleaning. Store was well stocked and all personnel were friendly and helpful.

Most unpleasant shopping experience to date. We we force to spray an offensive scented hand sanitizer on our hands, the brunette at the checkpoint entrance insisted on knowing what we were shopping for when all we wanted to do was shop. She kept badgering us to define what we were looking for. When it deemed safe for us to enter she spoke into her headset “mother daughter looking for candles” at which time we were sicked upon by another salesperson. Way too many salespeople attacking customers throughout the store derailing what was supposed to be a fun pleasant experience.

The line to get into the store was 30 minutes long at least. Then the cashier took another 20 min to ring up my product and properly apply my coupons. I love the store, but this was an inefficient visit.
