Worst eye exam ever. The lenses were dirty/foggy. The prescription they gave me was wrong and hard to see. I said that to them and they said that was what they came up with so I asked just to get the prescription that I had with my previous optical place. It was a waste of money and they don't work with any insurance. Will never go back.

They were open, upfront and honest. I was disappointed that Costco was stingy with replacing my glasses prescription, wanted me to buy new frames because my old ones had to much of a bend (\broken\ in thier opinion). The doctor is separate from Costco so I feel you need to reviews. They seemed great. I would go back. I like how upfront and honest they were.

I would never go to Costco Wyoming MI, optical service is terrible. I wasn’t happy with my frames when I picked them up so instead of ordering me new ones they gave me the display model that everyone tries on very unhappy!! No one seems as though they know how to adjust your glasses properly!! In the past I’ve actually had a new pair of glasses completely wrecked by them, they couldn’t get the same frame back in so I had to opt for another.

The Grandville location Costco optical really need to sharpen up on their customer service. So I got my last pair of glasses and eye exams done at the Grand Rapids Costco optical but because they do not have any availability and do not have the brand of frame that I want, I decided to call the Grandville location and try my luck. The guy who picked up my call right away told me that they have the Esprit brand frames in stock and in both men and women styles. I asked how many they have in stock and he assured me again right away that they have SEVERAL in stock. I made my way there to the store and found that there’s only 1 pair in stock on the display. I asked the lady at the optical register if she can check for me and she immediately said that what’s out is what they have. I then said ok, I’ll just get the frames. She immediately went on to bill me without much of words and did not thank me or anything during the whole transaction. I am not sure if I’ll ever come back here to get my next pair of eyeglasses or my exam done because of the poor customer service.
