I will give this pharmacy one thing, it is consistently the worst experience that I've ever had. I am obligated because of my insurance to go to this pharmacy, or pay exorbitant prices for are prescriptions. Were it not for that sad situation, I would hotfoot it to the Walgreens down the street from me, where the pharmacist are always friendly and efficient, and always willing to do anything and everything they can to help. This pharmacy is ridiculous, often times I have called and had them tell me that they don't know what a particular medication is, or that they just don't have it, or as another poster noted they might be on lunch, etc. The manager Julie, has no idea what she is doing. And something needs to be done about the situation. I love this Costco otherwise, but the pharmacy is garbage.

Always a great experience at this Costco. I love waving to the lovely ladies in the deli, who always prepare the most delicious platters!

Best prescription prices in town. Friendly staff. Short wait time.

When I have shopped here, it's very common for the first 2 months of a long term generic medication (as opposed to brand name) to be steeply discounted, or free (though this may be a result of agreements with my insurance carrier). Over 2016 my doctor had to try multiple prescriptions to find one that worked for me. As a result I saved 30-40 just on one medical issue. Coscto is a massive store. There will be lines some of the time, especially on the weekends because so many people flock there on their days off (and for free samples at the grocery portion of the store). Try going during the week, if you can. They're open Mon-Fri until 10AM-7PM so that people can try to get there after work for pickup. If you are worried the prescription may not be ready when you get there, try calling ahead. Super simple, takes about 2 minutes, to avoid a wasted trip. Not as helpful for 2nd or 3rd shifters, but covers 2/3 of most customers. The people who think the staff aren't friendly have to be treating them poorly. In my absolute worst mood, their staff always has a smile for me. And I'm not an outgoing person. They have been kind, and *patient* at every opportunity. When I have arrived and a prescription has not been ready, they very often offer to move it forward in the fill line, so that it can be ready in the next 30 minutes. Walk the store, come back, and it's often ready sooner than that. If the doctor hasn't called in a prescription, they have even called my doctor's office to follow up with them for me. In some of the other reviews people have been snarky about the lunch hour. Their prerogative. What they may not realize is that the pharmacy must be staffed by a licensed pharmacist in order to fill or dispense medication. So if the pharmacist is on lunch, the pharmacy must be closed during that period.

Great opportunity for those of us without insurance, Saves A Ton of money!! BUT.... The Pharmacy Staff is Extremely Unfriendly, The hours are Very Inconvenient....And During those Inconvenient Hours they take a half hour lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 (1/2 hour!?!?) I would NOT return to this pharmacy if I didnt need to save this money! Costco store's Staff is Always Friendly....I don't understand The Extreme difference in the Pharmacy!!!
