Went in. For my very first pair of glasses ever. Doc was great had a sense of humor too. Amanda helped me pick out my frames she was fabulous. Very great experience

I walked n the Mgr took my temp n never said a word about a mask sent me back for my eye exam the girl n the back n the doc let me have my sleeve over my face then I go to pick out frames n at the point of having both frames picked im told I have to have a surgical mask n told them to start I couldn't due to medical problem they insisted I wear one after I told them I couldn't so I said if u are gonna make me wear one ill leave they still said I had to to be in the store so I left n as I was leaving they said I can check u out lmao yall ain't getting my money so I prosseeded to walk out the door and won't go back 0 stars to this horrible company they Mgr needs to be schooled n n how to treat customers fire her

I normally go to the 28th street location but i needed contacts and glasses immediately and Grandville location had sooner opening. I love eyeglass world and have been going to them for years. If you like friendly service that goes up and beyond then i highly recommend! Even helped me pick out the right pair of glasses that fit me best because with covid being a bummer for everyone i went solo, when i normally have family help me pick. I also felt like they take precautions to make everyone feel safe. My eye doctor was very thorough and and made the whole experience pleasant. Sorry 28th st might have to make this my regular store.

I had an amazing experience with this Eyeglass World! The doctor was phenomenal and showed the most interest in my needs and the exam was thorough! Most accurate prescription I've received. I've had bad luck with eye places and this by far, my best experience. They helped me with my out of network coverage, provided a thorough exam, and the staff was friendly. They were able to fit me in, last minute and same day, and my glasses were ready next day. Im in love with my new glasses!
