Excellent food! They load the pizza with toppings, use quality ingredients & huge portions to share or not. The BLT was THICK.

Had a fabulous dinner here tonight! Their staff is so warm and friendly, needless to say their service is SUPERB. They made us feel so welcomed! The food was delicious, just check out the generous topping on my husband's pizza and my Greek Salad was GIGANTIC. They have terrific gluten free options that you rarely see at an Italian/Pizza place. I had the gluten free chicken strips which I didn't take a photo of because I gobbled them up too quickly Everything was terrific and next time I'm for sure ordering their cauliflower crust pizza...just the look of their homemade sauce made me salivate. We're definitely going back, dare I say, become egulars\!

The lasagna was some of the best I've ever had. Great small business. I will definitely be back when in the GR area

I have ordered from here for years! Since COVID the subs have changed! I used to love the crunchy, yet soft sub bun that the subs came on and there was plenty of meat and cheese. I ordered my usual tonight and now there is barely any cheese on the sub and the bun is now super hard and crunchy. I could tell right away when I unwrapped it that it is not the same. DISAPPOINTED! Looking for a new place!

I always look forward to visiting Florentine whenever I am in the area. Florentine is known for its neighborhood bar ambiance and its classic Italian dishes. The bar area features trivial games every Saturday night, and even if you don't participate in the contests, it's still a lot of fun to watch. The trivial host does and amazing job and the crowd is lively and encouraging to newcomers. On my last visit, I had a glass of the House Merlot, the salad bar, and the Sicilian Chicken and Lasagna Combo. While the Sicilian Chicken was to die for, the lasagna was too heavy on the sauce and too light on the pasta. The prices were quite reasonable, and our server Caroline was friendly, attentive and very efficient. I was disappointed that they no longer offer the Caesar Salad made at table side. This was always such a treat in the past, especially since most restaurants stopped making Caesar Salad the old-fashioned way a long time ago. Overall, I was very pleased with my dinner and would definitely return.
