Waited in the lobby for an hour and a half. I was only offered quicker service when a girl came in an hour and fifteen minutes after me for her appointment (she waited for 15 minutes without being greeted), and offered me her spot. I still ended up paying around 200, even after the "discount" the gave me. First and last time using H&R Block

It was pretty expensive compared to using other options out there but it was nice knowing I didn't have to worry about it this year.
