Wonderful craft store! Everytime I go here I find awesome deals not to mention their coupon deals as well. I am going to say all the workers....BUT ONE have been great to me! Always helpful and always kind. Also the store isn't ever busy which I love!

The staff here are great and helpful. Yesterday, I tried to buy 8 yards of a home decorator fabric when it was 30% off. I was able to buy half at the center point mall store. The person helping me looked up availability at other stores. She said there were 8 yards available at Grandville and advised me to call to be sure. I called and the person who answered took the time to measure what was on the roll on the floor and then went looking in back for the rest of it. Yeah! She found it and held it for me! While there are often great coupons, it can be a frustrating exercise if you need more than 7 yards of a home decorator fabric. If you have ever ordered multiple yards of fabric online, as I have for curtains, multiple pieces often arrive which make creating panels difficult. I do wish they carried more high quality cottons that aren't their own brand.

Love this Joann's. Things are always stocked nicely there is clean walk ways. It's always super easy to find someone to help you if you need assistance. The displays are always really nice and eye catching. They have a wide selection of things at all different price points.
