From the first time that I talked to Kate Maryon from Keller Williams Realty Rivertown, I knew she was our gal! Both my Husband and I felt very lucky to work with her and her team as we were both not really in the mindset to buy and sell our home. We saw a house in our neighborhood that went up for sale and decided to look at it. Before we knew it, we put an offer on it and started the process. Literally that day Kate came over to our home and gave us helpful advice before listing. She reassured us that our home would sell pretty much over night and gave us an almost exact appraisal amount. She was spot on with what the bank appraised it at which told me she knew her stuff. Her team did a beautiful job taking pictures of our home and listed it within a couple days. Kate and her team are very responsive and hard-working. There would be times that I would send an email late at night or super early in the morning and Kate was on it, answering any questions that I had or reassuring me when I felt uneasy about something. She explained things in great detail and always made sure that I completely understood everything. One thing that really impressed me about Kate was she literally had our back making sure that we were getting the best deal when selling and buying. She made the whole process about us and not about what was best for her pocket. Way too many times I have seen realtor's only think of the money for them and not really focus on what is best for the buyer or seller. To me, her honesty and loyalty towards us really said a lot about her character which to us, was important. Kate and everyone from Keller Williams, thank you again for making the selling of our home and purchase of our new home a dream! The whole process went so smooth because of all of you!!!

Keller Williams put on an awesome Free Trunk-r-Treat event for the kids! A ton of people showed up. Our kids had a lot of fun! They are both toddlers so it was much easier for them to trunk-r-treat than go up and down stairs and walk far distances in between houses. Thank you Keller Williams! We also happen to have the best realtor ever who came from Keller Williams (Sarah Derooy)! She helped us find the perfect home for our family and home business.
