I had used these guys for a couple years with no problems but this past year has been a nightmare. I am still yet to receive my 2019 return money despite paying over 300.

I'll never do business with them again. My dad had to physically go into their office multiple times to get them to finally process our tax returns. I finally got my tax returns in early October after filing with them in late February. Every time I tried to check on a status update, the woman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. They kept blaming it on a \system error\, but they made no attempt to re-file electronically until late September. If my dad didn't show up on-site in his last attempt, I still wouldn't have my tax returns. I anticipate multiple people filing legal action with the way they handled things since I see many individuals encountered similar problems. It all went downhill once Steve left the company. Just look at their website with their new Spartan branding. It's absolute hogwash.

We have been having our taxes done by Neuman Tax Group for many years. After this year we will no longer use them. We paid them to file our taxes electronically in March. We have yet to see our refund. Both my husband and myself have called and left messages explaining we have yet to get our refund. They didn't return our calls. My husband called on 8/18/20 and actually got a hold of someone. That individual informed us that their system crashed. When asked why they never contacted us they had no response and told us that we can pick them up and mail them in. At this point we are past the file date of 7/15/20 which was extended due to Covid. Now we run the risk of penalties. They chose to not notify clients of the issue and they could have mail the returns out for their client prior to the due date. I'm disgusted with the way that they have treat their long term clients. This did not only effect us but friends of ours who also used them.
