The young people at this location are rude in the way that they speak to people. Tried to print a paper with a spotify logo that is a parody (parodies do not violate copyright) and they wouldn't print it. But then spoke rudely as they communicated that they could care less what I knew about copyright infringement. Will not use Office Depot/ OfficeMax ever again for no purpose.

We stopped in on our way to an event and needed to print tickets for the event. My jump drive wouldn't work, but I was able to email them the link to the tickets, login to the ticket website and print the tickets right there. Great service, above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

Office Max turned a very bad birthday into a happy one. I have been saving for two years to buy a new computer. When I had enough money, I bought it online piece by piece to put together. When I booted it up for the first time, on my birthday, it refused to recognize my hard drive. Frustrated, and annoyed, I went to Office Max, found what I needed, someone pulled it from the back, price matched me to Amazon, and got me out of there in under 15 minutes. A seriously bad birthday was turned around by amazing customer service.
