I started here in highschool with Alisha McAndrews and have loved the friendliest of the staff. They help answer a lot of my questions and help make sure I know when appointments are and sort out any medication questions I have that don't need to be done by a doctor. I recently also started with medication management with their pyciatris and have had a really good experience with them as well. I continue to use them as a resource while waiting for my transfer to the Kalamazoo clinic and they have also been really helpful in that process as well.

The patient assistance fund along with a low monthly payment has made it possible for me to see an amazing therapist. If you can't afford therapy, please do yourself a favor and apply for the patient assistance fund and sign up online for a low monthly payment. Seeing my therapist is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

My son saw his First therapist 3 times before she canceled his appointments for 2 whole months after his first 3 visits. I called the office and asked for a someone who was actually in the office more often. It took 2 months for an appointment with someone new. The new therapist has now canceled my sons first and second appointment. This place is a complete joke. You are dealing with fragile people, but doesn’t seem like you really want to help them. Thanks for nothing, Pine Rest.
