We just moved in to the home that Snowden Builders built for us - it is truly a dream come true! The finish carpentry craftsmanship is truly top notch. The details are what make this home so special. Bob Snowden was so great to work with - we had heard that building a home is a stressful process, it wasn't at all with Bob. He is a very easy going person and we truly enjoyed the process. We would highly recommend Snowden Builders!

I wish I could give Bob and his team more than 5 stars! They are so much more than just a construction company to me. So far they have helped me buy land, sell my house and completed the process of designing my dream home. Unfortunately, I had a pretty horrific situation occur that prevented me from breaking ground but not once did they make me feel like a nuisance. Instead they treated me with kindness and offered to help in anyway possible. I know my situation is unique but it’s comforting to know there are still companies out there who treat their clients like human beings and not just a dollar amount. If you are interested in finding a builder who has a great team, great communication and a great relationship with their partners than look no further. You won’t be disappointed, I certainly wasn’t!

We started the building process out of state, so it was very important to us to have great communication and Snowden's team made the process as smooth as possible. Our basement \playroom\ remodeling project was professionally completed and we didn't have to worry about anything because of the trust we had in their detail oriented Project Manager. Their team was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the process and communicated on a regular basis to make sure the project stayed on track and was completed within our budget. We could not have asked to work with a more friendly and reliable team!!
