Ordered a washer and dryer during the presidents day sale. Got a call saying that they didn't have enough so my items would be back ordered for THREE WEEKS. I didn't get the call about this until a week after ordering and our online confirmation said it would be delivered early that week so we pulled out our old washer in preparation for the new... come to find out we wouldn't get it for three weeks. They offered us a different product which was supposed to be cheaper as it was a huge downgrade.... Never got a refund for changing to the other product. Then to top it off delivery date was pushed back three times... then! finally they got delivered and our washer was beat to S***!!! There is no way it would function in the state it was delivered to us. I called AGAIN to get a replacement and was told it would be in in about a week. No confirmation or anything so I called back and they said oh, sorry, our claims guy was out of the office so its just now getting done, ANOTHER WEEK LATER. So now, almost a month later... we still have no washer... and we cant install the dryer without the washer because its a stack able unit. SO LIVID. We are a family with a 1 and a half year old and I have had to pay extra to take our clothes elsewhere and drag a toddler along for a whole month. I will never be using home depot again... Still don't know when my washer will be in.

They are good. Very good at explaining there suggestions. We are trying to re do our carpet and they told us about an option on just in case the carpet downstairs got moisture. They can order things if you need be or get it at another location.

David in electric and Ken in hardware were considerably helpful when I came in 20 minutes before close. They made sure I had assistance from start to finish. Earlier in the day, I asked a check out associate if there were children's masks, once she found out that they sold out, she told me where I could find them for 1. I am proud to call this store my local home depot.

We ordered new carpet from this location for our entire house the first week of January. The first floor was installed no issue, however when they got upstairs the installers noticed the carpet was a different shade. We are STILL dealing with this issue. Our house has been left in a total state of dissarray for the last two months. They sent a new crew out to fix the problem this week, and guess what the color was wrong AGAIN. The installers left our house with loose carpet all over the place, tacks showing, padding in some rooms and nothing to walk on. We are beyond frustrated with this experience, we have gotten no answers on how this will be fixed and were even told that we have "buyers remorse" and it isn't their fault. (We are happy with the carpet on the first floor, we just want the upstairs completed correctly.) We were told we would know by Monday, meanwhile to be left living in chaos. We have gotten no word that we will get any reimbursement for our troubles etc. So upsetting when we will have spent thousands of dollars by the time this project is complete. Do not get flooring from this location, unless you feel like dealing with a major headache. Extremely dissappointed and do not anticipate shopping Home Depot in the future.

Never can find someone to help you if so it’s always not my job , No cashiers I understand keep overhead down to stay competitive, the people overseeing the self check lanes could at least sanitize the equipment they make you use to scan yourself out with . And very poor customer service
