First time haircut for my shipoo, Lenny. He handled it well and looked fantastic.

Super unprofessional to work with. Clipped our dogs skin multiple times, never said “sorry”. Told us they were raising prices with an explanation that our dog was heavier. We called our veterinarian office and she has been the same weight for three years. Never felt comfortable going there. Time to look for another groomer!

Top notch company. I own Grand River K9, and when dogs leave from my Board & Train program I send them to Woof & Wagz to get groomed. My clients love it, the dogs come back to me looking like a million bucks, the staff is friendly, flexible and they do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality groomer. -Jason

Just moved in to the area and was looking for a place to take my dog for grooming. Found this place so I decided to go in for a quick paw trim and nail cut. They were very unprofessional and unfriendly from the start. Claiming my 6 month old puppy was “crazy”. If you can’t handle excited dogs then get out of the field. Took him to PetSmart where they treat their clients and dogs with the upmost respect. Save yourself a disappointment and go somewhere else.

Rushed home to pick up dog, dropped dog off, apologized for poop on butt (didn't notice it until getting into car; too late at that point), lady did not indicate it was a big deal (she wasn't that friendly in general though, none of the ladies there really are that friendly; just a convenient location for us), lady pets excited dog and mentions needs trim short due to matting (it was a long very cold winter okay). They groomed her last time when she was in the same condition. Fast forward 15 minutes while headed back to work: have voicemail they cannot groom. Which is something they could have mentioned BEFORE I left. Extremely annoyed. Now I'm late for work. They SUCK. In response to the response -- I was late for work and still had to drop the dog off at home; there was no time to express my 'concerns'. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out. Maybe you don't care about keeping your job, but I care about keeping mine. It had NEVER been communicated that the dog was, in your words, " In our notes with Quinns previous grooms we've noticed the tendency of her being "jerky" and "jumpy""....So, that's your lack of communication/failure, not ours. To be completely transparent, in my notes it says "Woof & Wagz Sucks". For the record, that's how you communicate.
