I gave this a 1 as there was no 0 to select. He came around to fix my front door. He forced it open with a screwdriver which has damaged the door. Unfortunately I didn't see this at the time as he told me it needed a new mechanism and that he had to order it. He did secure the door before he left, however he never got back to me or returned to complete the job. Texts and phone calls were ignored and I was left wondering what was happening. Totally unreliable and would not recommend him.
