Paul took time to understand the unique features of our home and its location, as well as our personal circumstances. He has a lot of experience and used this to provide us with a personalised marketing strategy. We got a great result within a few weeks. Paul sold our house within a week. He coordinated all of the viewings to ensure they caused minimum disruption, conducted the viewings in a manner that was respectful to our space as well as safe for viewers and us.
