Contacted Alan via text to inquire about fitting replacement Bottom Bracket to my Carrera Kraken. Arranged to take bike down for inspection on Thursday. Measured up and part ordered not knowing delivery time. Alan contacted me following Tuesday to say part had arrived. Dropped bike off at 11.00 on Wednesday, got a text at 12.30 saying bike was ready. Brilliant service and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very bad service, i just want new V brakes, but he say i dont have, i cant. I ask when you can do it but he couldn’t say anything concrete (something about couple weeks) and I was left with nothing.

Hidden Gem! Alan replaced the cassette and rear derailleur cable on my MTB bike after I 'fixed it'....Everything indexed correctly and working good as new shifts like a dream. Extremely quick, knowledgeable and very well priced would definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks again!
