Fantastic customer service and quick turn around, broken spring on my van yesterday, phoned about 3pm and Robert told me to bring it down, phone call this morning just after 9 to say its ready. Really impressed and will be back in future. Thanks again guys. 5* service

I went in for a new tyre. Got home and alloy was scratched all the way around. Wasn't told about damage, after replacing tyres fitter should inspect and be honest about damage caused. Took car back and they offered an alloy refurb which I accepted. Car came back from garage and was driven. Had to return to garage to ask for petrol money at their expense. This should have been done automatically instead of me having to ask. Car also came back with multiple scratches. There wasn't a single scratch on the car when it went in. One deeper scratch on the plastic wheel arch. Jk tyres didn't offer to repair this and I know 100% they caused the damage. Likely due to staff squeezing past car. Wouldn't recommend JK tyres to anyone that takes care of their car.
