Tried several times to pay a bill over the phone. I and to dial a second number, was on hold for ages then it went to an answer machine. I didn't leave a message as I work in a school and cannot take calls. A bit unfair that you cant pay a bill but will be charged for a reminder letter.

I give these people my hard earned cash(not a small amount I might add) and In the 10 plus years I have been a tenant I have had nothing but greif, countless times I have been subject to this organisation and its long term relationship with incompetence, if you would like to hand over money and then be thrown into long battles over repairs and neighbours then this is the place for you.

Very poor service, lack of action in regard to a boundary fence which they are responcable for. To date 4 people have looked at the fence and when I rang the last person to see it has to look at it again. I was given an appointment time and date that the person was to visit and talk to me, and surprise they didn't turn up, and when I phoned it had been cancelled. Very poor communication and responsibility for what they are responsible for.

i am reg with you for grangemouth i want to know if u have any 2 bedroom houses or bungalows in sheffeild i need 2bedroom u have me down for one bath with shower over it i cant live where i am it like a morge ice cold damp n i was hoping you could get me same thing soon i can put in for removels
