This is another fine sculpture of our national bard at his handsome best. The sculpture portrays Burns in an idealized, romantic and graceful pose. The sculpture sits atop a pedestal decorated with bronze plaques alluding to either the life of Burns or one of his poems. The bronze plaque of Tam O’Shanter is the easiest to identify.
