Fantastic company, ordered on the phone due to the covid issues and could not fault the level of service. Installation guys were fantastic and clearly explained everything. Back up is also top level and a slight issue was sorted without delay. The ultimate highest level of customer service at all times. If you are looking for a hot tub don't waste time searching around contact these guys and you wont go wrong, not many companies out there who can match this level of customer care and service.

Fantastic service from the guys in the store, when we went the store was busy which is always a good sign paid the deposit asked a couple of questions which they were great eith , Tub came when it was arranged which was great the installation team were friendly and carried out the install and to boot they were great at explaining the chemicals the hot tub controls they also explained the service we ordered a lift up lid mechanism however this was not able to be fitted but the guys took it back and raised a credit so all good. Excellent company to deal with....

This is our Hot tub and Gazebo. I can't thank the Two Casey's that delivered and installed it yesterday. Two Top Lads working away in what must've been an incredibly hot day to be working in. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. Took a wee bit longer to arrive than first hoped - but we just bought ours at the beginning of their very busy period so understandable. From Richie, David & Connor answering all my stupid questions, to Andrena and Connie in the Office organising the Delivery and Sales, the whole team excellent. And the two Caseys. Two Top lads and a credit to the Company. Can't recommend this Company enough. If you're after a HotTub, then these Guys are the only place you need look to. Thank you very much

Appalling company to deal with ordered a hot tub was told 3 weeks for delivery, week before it was due was told it would be at least another 4 weeks, swapped to a more expensive model to get it quicker was told on the Friday it would be 2 weeks, 3 days later was told it would probably be another 5 weeks. Don’t trust what they are telling you. The only good point was my refund for my deposit came back quickly.
