I appreciated the opportunity for multiple test drives and that he pulled the cars we were looking at into the showroom bays so we weren’t outside in the cold wind. Great service department. I always have my questions answered and they are, prompt, professional and friendly. The service department makes me feel comfortable and confident in my vehicle. Now that I live in this area, I will make Granite GMC my first stop when I am ready for a new car. *Went in to check on Android Auto for my pickup and got my questions answered.*

We were met immediately by a service person and work began on our pickup. We were then offered a shuttle. Very nice gentleman and clean vehicle. When we called for a return shuttle, it came right away. By the time we got back to Granite our vehicle was ready. With all this service, it is probably less expensive than most places in Rapid City.

When we dropped the Cadillac of with a Trans vibration we we told it had metal in the oil and would need to be replaced but it was under warranty. Then I was sold a trans service told to bring it back in 200 miles. When I did I was told there wasn't anything wrong, Metal in the oil in normal? On our Tahoe we were quoted near 2600 repairs including complete front brakes including a front caliper and a rear caliper. I had just put new rear brakes on at Bargen Barn. I gave them a call they said I had a warranty to please bring it to them. Upon their inspection there wasn't anything wrong with the brakes, only a small leak needing a new fiber washer at the line connection. Bargen took care of us in a fair way, Granite Buick took advantage of us. I would not go back or refer a friend to Granite.

I had been shopping around for tires to replace my weather worn set on my Jeep, I stopped in here at Granite GMC to see about tires since I had previously had excellent service on my other vehicle. I gave the parts department a printed quote I received from another shop in town and they said they could at the least match it but thought they could possibly beat it. I gave them my contact information to get back to me with what they found and within a few hours I received a call from them with good news, they were able to beat the previous quote by nearly 40 and I wouldn't have to wait the 3 days quoted elsewhere. I scheduled my appointment and had my 4 new tires mounted the next day. Overall I really enjoyed my parts and service experience for my Wrangler and I will be sure to return for more great service. Outstanding parts department, thank you for your attention to my auto needs. Kyle and Rocky you guys are rock stars.
