Spoke to Tanner about a speeding ticket. It was my first offense and he did an excellent job calming me down and talking me through the process. Very professional and would highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Tanner Spracklen helped me through a big case , he is really good lawyer, not only is he a good lawyer but he builds a bond with his clients and tries his best for the best.
Stay away from this law firm if you care about your family. Hired them in June 2019 to handle some pressing issues and an upcoming September 11th mediation deadline. Not only did none of the issues get addressed but mediation was missed twice as well. First mediation was scheduled for Oct 9th, my \attorney Steven Lambert \ called in sick, the next day he took off for 3 weeks to Hawaii. Another mediation was scheduled for November 19th it was a wash, opposing counsel was allowed to arrive 1 hour late and dictate the entire duration of our meeting, not 1 issue was even discussed and I ended up having to stand up for myself in there. I was then told my motion could be filed, it was filed on December 27th court responded Jan 17th and said for us to petition for a status conference. March 8th I finally went into the law firm and asked what the hold up was, keep in mind we were fighting for upcoming summer visitation 2020.. I was then referred to the owner of the law firm Thomas Grant, who assured me I would be receiving better service and a court date.. Instead I received an email from Grant quitting all together and a check for 1800, 900 refund for mediation and 900 I had in my trust account but they still kept an additional 4700 to line their pockets, I was then left with an April 22nd upcoming court hearing and no attorney. They also had me turn in financials which they LOST and never even gave to opposing counsel. That was a big fiasco and cost me about 750 for nothing as well. To this law firm their overpriced invoices and vacations come first and your family second, BEWARE! I am now backed out to September for my first hearing and my summer with my son has been basically ruined, thanks Tom and Steve keep up the good work guys!
Would not recommend these attorneys
I have been working with Grant and Hoffman, and specifically Tom Grant, through a couple of child custody issues for the last 3 years. He is very personable and reasonable, telling me how effective he thinks my requests of the court will be. Having practiced for a couple decades in Weld County I feel like he has a good feel for the precedents in the courts as well as a good relationship with other local professionals. His goal is always to get the best outcome with the least cost and time. His paralegals are also very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that I often feel like there are long periods of silence where I would like more updates of what is going on. This is usually remedied, however by me calling and asking for updates.
