I had enquired elsewhere about a fully fitted kitchen with integrated units which came in at a competitive price. Knowing about Dream Doors extremely good reputation I made enquiries with them asking about the same kitchen specifications, expecting the quote to be in excess of the one I already had. To my joy Joe Gil, the owner, made an appointment to visit me at my home at time that suited my wife and myself, and gave a quote of a thousand pounds cheaper than the one I had already looked at There was no hard sales technique, just friendly advice from Joe suggesting subtle changes to my design given his years of practical experience in the trade. I decided to hand over the whole project to Joe and he designed the kitchen of my wife’s dreams, free of charge. The pre assembled kitchen arrived after about five weeks with the fitter, Matt, meeting it and starting to lay out the kitchen to Joes design. Matt arrived on time every morning and we could see the kitchen develop day by day. The carcasses were very heavy and extremely good quality exactly the same colour as we ordered. The washing machine, cooker, hob and microwave all arrived on time as the kitchen grew. I was extremely impressed with the standard of Matts work, I can’t see a fault or mistake, he worked very hard to bring the completion in on schedule, and we couldn’t be happier. Joe said he’ll give us a day or so to do a little snagging, but up to now I can’t see one fault, Joe being Joe said he’ll run his expert eye over it himself to make sure it’s up to Dream Doors high standards, and only then will he sign it off as completed.
