Said they would provide a quote for the repair and or replacement of metal driveway gates and a foot gate and never did. I phoned several times only to be fobbed off each time saying the quotes were being emailed. Very, very poor service!

Arranged for this company to provide a quote to refurbish my gates, we agreed on a date and time, he didn't turn up and he didn't have the courtesy to let me know he wasn't going to turn up! Would not recommend!!
Cannot Recommend Customer Service. Have been chasing this company for 6 months to do a repair. They have promised twice to come and both times they have failed to appear. Call them at least once per week but they do not return calls. Have had to go out of the Grantham area to find a suitable alternative.
