Wanted a touch up on the front bumper of my bmw. Left it with them. Said the car was ready. Come to view it. It looked horrible. Orange peel. Over spray. Excess filler that had just been painted over. They said they would correct it. Come to view again. Better but not 100%. 3 months later all the paint they used has fallen off and looks worse than it did when it went in. Worst 300 pound ever spent. Would never use again! I littetally could of done a better job doing it myself.

I can't praise these guys enough! When someone hit my girlfriends car (and didn't own up to it) we were almost certain it was going to be a write off (due to the age and the insurance companies \valuation\ of the car). Ian had a look and quoted me a third of the price our insurances \approved repairer\ quoted, and had the job done and dusted in less than three days - they even dropped it off at work for me! I would recommend RSI 100% to anyone. Hopefully we won't need your services again, but if we do, we will be back!
