I live in London was after a specific Alto Saxophone and this shop had in i in stock. I must admit I was dubious about buying from a store I had never entered and purchasing a Saxophone I had never played. I called the shop and spoke with Tom. Tom could not have been more helpful or friendly and told me all I needed to know about the Saxophone. He even said that I could have on a weeks trial and if I wasn't happy, I could return it for a full refund. The Saxophone was delivered on a date convenient to me. I have to say I was over the moon with the saxophone, it was better than I imagined it would be and got it for a fab price too! There is a old cliche that states you always tell how good a company is when you have a problem..... After 6 months, the Saxophone developed a minor problem (sticky pad). I thought that there is no way that they would be interested in helping me with this. How wrong was I. I called and spoke with Tom, he remembered me and said to speak with their in house woodwind repairer. He too was very helpful and said it was more that likely something minor. They again arranged for the Saxophone to be collected at a time convenient to me and resolve the issue. This shop has 1st class customer service and is really is second to none for customer satisfaction. It really is refreshing to see good old fashioned customer service is still alive in 2015!!! Highly recommend.

I ordered from South Africa. I was treated just like I was a regular local customer, with excellent service and flexibility for my unusual order. This is quite unusual when ordering from a different continent, and a very refreshing. The price was excellent and shipping reasonable. Highly recommended.
A wonderful shop for Bassoonists. Great service with everything you could need including specialist advice. They sorted my tuning with a fabulous crook. Long may they prosper.
I have to say that I was a little dubious re purchasing my guitar at the advertised price, surely there must be a catch?....No the guitar is perfect, I can only surmise that you are selling it at a loss or for a VERY small profit. Please do not hesitate to do business with this SHOP and if you live in the area give them custom.....100% .....even if you are looking on Drunkbay as I was do not hesitate.....
Very attentive, worthwhile advice and rapid mail order service. Also good sense of fun.We live 400 miles away but this is always our first port of call.
Greeted on arrival in the store. Found our way to the show room and found the keyboard we were looking for. After a short period of time a member of staff asked if we needed any help. Told us about the keyboard and left us to have a further play. Another member of staff came back and answered our question and offered further advice. Told him what we were after and agreed a price for everything we wanted. Would recommend and would return for other music type gear - Five stars!
On attempting to return a faulty amplifier which was less than two weeks old, I was informed by the shop 'manager' that I wasn't entitled to a refund but only to a repair. I pointed out that in law this was expressly not the case and he grudgingly refunded my money. This is an enterprise which clearly does not pride itself on customer service or in staff training. I will not be returning. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.
Great store for getting the basics and has a wide selection of guitars and other instruments they also do lessons which are decently priced and for a wide range of instruments
