Excellent service as always. The staff were more helpful than usual,with this covid 19 situation ongoing, it made making purchases of materials different. As we all know, social distancing and extra care. The guys were great, thanks.

Delivery two days late so far despite repeated promises that it will be here "tomorrow" or "later today" or "first delivery tomorrow". Unreliable at best. UPDATE - eventually arrived, in two installments (of only 4 pieces of skirting board) damaged and three and a half days late. All of which, the Grantham branch knows. I'm surprised they're not contacting me and instead 'customer services' want me to contact them.
Brillant thick decking and the delivery men were excellent. Really friendly and helped move the items into my back garden!
