Great company to deal with. Plenty of communication about timings delays etc and very helpful staff when contacted by phone. Drivers always helpful and cheerful and nothing is too much trouble, such as adding lubricant during filling etc. Always careful about the environment when dragging the hose to the tank. Prices always competitive. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Ordered oil from boiler juice two weeks ago. Order allocated to WCF Chandlers. Heard nothing so called yesterday and was told it would deffinately be delivered today as it was the last day they had to do it.Then I get an email saying it would be Sat or Mon. So i called them and got all sorts of excuses. Also told they don't call customers landlines!! I pointed out a few facts and was then told that my order would be cancelled and the call ended!! Why would anyone treat their customers like this company??? Dreadful. Just to add insult to injury today 11/3/20 this company blocked my drive and used it without my permission to deliver heating oil to my neighbour- damaging my fence in the process. When challenged just laughed and would not deliver it correctly through my neighbours driveway. Arrogant and rude driver and staff at depot. Why would anyone be so arrogant and think they have the right to trespass?? DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH!
I have just had my first order from WCF Chandler’s and I will now not be going anywhere else. Their customer service is second to none. Courtesy call from the driver the evening before delivery to warn me it was going to be an early one, brilliant team on the end of the phone for any queries you have! Friendly, professional and super efficient! And on top of that the delivery was two days! In the current weather I thought that would be impossible and the express delivery cost was the same as others two week delivery price! Cannot fault you guys, I am now a loyal customer!!! Highly recommended!!!!
Where to begin with this company. A truly awful experience in attempting to have an oil delivery made. Delivery finally completed some 5 days late (with the latest excuse being the driver had slipped and injured himself) Refund of 1 penny offered for the delay (even though 30 had been paid for express delivery) Yes 1 penny you read that correctly, I tried not to laugh when I read it. The urgency of the situation was fully explained to them on the day delivery was meant to be made but it seemed to make no difference. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.
Sean the driver was very pleasant and helpful, many thank 100% will use Chandlers again
