Pam was fantastic to work with for our wedding! She checked in on us frequently to offer to answer any questions we might have, went over every detail - including details we didn’t even think about, and was very flexible on giving options to fit our budget and the value couldn’t be beat. We opted for an Italian cuisine for our wedding, and the food was delicious! The team got there early to prepare, made sure everything was hot, and had plenty of food for everyone. Pam and her team helped make our special night perfect and will definitely recommend them to our friends!

We hired Pam/Aspen Catering for our office Christmas party. From our initial visit (she came to our Frisco office to allow us to sample her appetizers), to the planning, and finally, to the actual event, we received 5 star service. Our bartender and waiter arrived early, even helping me with some last minute agenda items for my team. They were incredibly attentive, and cleaned everything at the end of the evening. The appetizers were a hit!! Highly, highly recommend!!
