The hotel was good nice and clean. The best part of this hotel was Paris the daytime front manager. When you first come in he said good morning how you doing. He was so friendly he made you feel like family. He laughed and joke with you and your family. Paris suggested we go to different places to eat at and different places to take the kids. During the night the air conditioner went out in our room it was hot I called down to the night manager I think his name was Louise not for sure. He said they didn't have any available rooms for us to switch in he found us a fan but the fan didn't work I was okay with it because he tried. He had the maintenance man come when he first got there to try to fix it. When we went down for breakfast Paris asked me was it working and I told him no it is really hot he was like okay let me see if I can get you a new room or get him to fix it. After a day of being out we came back the room was nice and cold. Thank you Paris for your hospitality.

My experience with this hotel wasn’t bad but it really was a bummer that they didn’t serve breakfast though since usually at crown suites we really enjoy breakfast! The service was probably the highlight she helped every time we needed. The AC throughout the hallways was either not working or just really hot. The pool was great though I’m really glad they had reservations for an hour per family that was such a great idea!! Also just a side note the interior design of the entrance was very intriguing I loved it! So overall our experience was pretty nice!
This Comfort Suites was a surprise to me. It was much cheaper than several other hotels in the area, so I expected something less than standard. I was surprised at how clean and nice the hotel was. Lobby is very spacious and open. Rooms are excellent. I stayed in a King Suite and the bed was very comfortable, room was incredibly clean, and overall had a lot of room. The hotel is located very close to the airport and has access to several restaurants, shopping, etc. Breakfast was standard hotel food. I will be back here on my next visit to the DFW area. The only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 was the hotel clerk in the early evening who checked me in was not very friendly. I asked her a couple of questions and she just did not respond. Asked her if she knew where a certain restaurant was and she just said no. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said, “no I just started my shift”. Maybe just not happy today.
Was double charged. No breakfast like they said. If staying more than 1 night you have to do your own cleaning. And go to lobby each time you need something
This hotel is comfortable. Stayed 3 nights while I fled my unlivable apartment during last months winter storm. The rooms are spacious and I was surprised to see a couch in the room. The bathrooms are large with an amazing shower and jacuzzi tub. I did not try out the tub but the shower has amazing water pressure, considering they had a pipe bust the night before. The hotel is slightly off the highway and is conveniently located to get to either side of town. I would recommend to family and friends.
This was a very nice clean comfortable hotel. Highly recommend this place
Just checked in and the room is fine. Very aggravating when a customer service (front desk) person finds a personal phone conversation more important than a guest. Ear pods making it hard for him to hear me.
Absolutely fantastic! The suite was clean, very spacious, and the jaccuzi tub in the bathroom was amazing. The staff were all on point and super nice. I will definitely return.
