Chris Vasquez, even being new to car sales did excellent. Between him, and sales manager, and Zach in finance, they were able to make a deal at the numbers I new and felt where right. Was a bit of haggle at first working my my trade-ins. But if it was not, they would not have been doing their jobs. I definately feel I was treated right and fair. After solid 20 years, someone has earned my business over Towneast Ford. Thanks Grapevine Ford and expecially Chris. Good luck in your opportunity in car sales.

Love the truck. Dealership seems a little to busy to do anything but Sell a vehicle and nothing else. But the dealership worked with us fixing a misunderstanding and making it right which we appreciate. Sales person Gavin who we worked with was great and very friendly. Update: Dealership DID NOT follow through on making anything right. The previous Sales manager stepped down if that tells you anything about that dealership! And now the new Sales manager will NOT follow through with fixing the issue at hand. They are EXTREMELY rude and passed us around to 3 different people who could careless about helping a customer! Even though that old sales manager is still there to acknowledge what he promised us they don’t care. Save your money and your time go to another dealership who cares about their customer even after a sale. These people DO not follow up or care about you after a sale. PERIOD.

Easy to do business. Had to wait it out until they lowered the price to my original that was laughed off. I am very satisfied with Juan. No high pressure sales. Would buy from him again.
