I don’t know if this location got an new evening staff or what but the young lady who made my caramel ribbon crunch did an awful job :( I’m a night shift nurse at a local hospital so this is the first stop I make before I head into work.. Nothing for irritating than having your taste buds fixed for something and the presentation just disgust you. I’ve gotten the same beverage for 5 years now and I’ve never been more annoyed. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

I always have a great experience at this location! Grace is especially welcoming and kind - it feels like I'm talking to an old friend when she brings me my drink. What a fantastic crew!
LOVE this location!! I REALLY do. I go here Monday-Friday EVERY morning around 9am. I am sooo upset the fact that they changed the hours to 12:30pm-8:00pm. Very very upset. Such odd hours too. They are always busy in the mornings, why take that away??? Hopefully they go back to morning hours Like I said, I love this location and it’s the only location I go to that makes me drink right!! The people are wonderful!! I’ve always got my perfect drink!! And helped with enthusiasm!!
I love this location. The staff is friendly, understanding, and very pleasant, always. I think the negative/3 star reviews because the business had to change their hours due to Covid is STUPID. The workers at the location do not control the hours they are operating, CORPORATE does. Please do not leave limited reviews on a place because you didn't get a free drink and you've been coming here for 5 years, or because "you always come at 9 am and they were closed!" The workers have no control over the hours of operation, and to imply they do and leave a review based off that emphasizes that this business isn't as efficient, or trustworthy, or clean, ETC. I love this location. When I first came here I knew nothing about coffee and now I have a borderline intimate knowledge of it. Great staff, very knowledgable, very helpful. 5/5 would get a beverage from this location again.

I know everyone has their own Starbucks that they like and enjoy. But even driving from McKinney I try to make a stop at this location for their friendliness and great coffee.
I’ve been to several Starbucks locations and this one is the very best! The young lady who helped me today was so sweet and has the best customer service! I typically always order the same tea every time I go to Starbucks and it’s either too watery or not warm enough. This location gave me the best Honey Citrus Mint Tea I’ve had! It was just the right temperature & the perfect taste! I will most definitely continue to go to this location!
