What a beautiful space! We rented a large conference room for our monthly staff meeting, and the size, experience, and hospitality Venture X showed us was beyond our expectations. Most offices have beautiful windows and every office and conference room has new office furniture. There is even an outdoor balcony for breaks or fresh air gathering. This is the wave of the future. We'll be back!

The Venture X office in Grapevine is an awesome place to work, the views are fantastic and the people are friendly! Design/aesthetic is very modern and the shared spaces have lots of amenities so all the bases are covered here- nice work Venture X!

Venture X is the perfect place to work. The building is modern, well-maintained and quiet but allows lots of opportunity for socialization. We rent the top floor and the view is phenomenal. You can see for miles out the large windows and from the balcony overlooking the Cowboys golf course. It's nice to have the opportunity to be inside and outside and doesn't make you feel like you're in a claustrophobic work cubicle. We've toured WeWork before and Venture X is a lot more professional and spread out. You don't feel crammed into the tiny glass walled offices like WeWork. Also, the co-working aspect has actually given us business since working here. There are a few people that work in our industry and being under the same roof has been a huge win. The building and staff adopted strict Covid protocols during the pandemic but are understandably loosening up since we move into post-pandemic which has been nice. Besides, there's plenty of room to spread out and socially distance. The building manager, Michelle, is very nice and accommodating and always makes us feel welcome and taken care of whenever a need arises. The design of the building is very cool and stands out from other more traditional office buildings and the inside is super modern. The furniture is all beautiful and very comfortable and you feel like you're in a very cool, hip office setting without being too forced (like WeWork.) We love working here and have no complaints!

What a pleasure it was hosting our monthly meeting at Venture X. It was the perfect change of venue and the staff was top notch. They greeted us at the door and showed us to our space. The room was well appointed with lots of light streaming in. There was a great panoramic view out the window, and an outdoor seating area for lunch. I highly recommend this space if you and your officemates are tired of working at home and need an off-site place to work for a day (or more).

This was my first time at Venture X. Michelle was at the elevator and showed me to the meeting space where we held our meeting. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, southwest corner. We had a beautiful view, the room had windows and glass doors. The chairs were comfortable and there was ample table space for each individual. We had a separate room for drinks and snacks. If you’re looking for a meeting space or office space, go check it out!
