I have had 2 jobs done with Graphic Wear House for branded apparel. My first shirts, I supplied and the branding was not embroidered but still looks good 3 years later. The second job I purchased some shirts and jacket that were embroidered and they look great. It can be a little time consuming going through all of their supplier products but I'm not going to fault them for having too much selection. Ultimately I am really happy with the quality of the work and the customer service.

I cannot even begin to describe the disappointment I feel about this place. I am the general manager at an extremely busy restaurant in the area. Preparing for our busy summer, we ordered 130 shirts from Graphic Wearhouse because we wanted to support a local business. What a mistake that was. During the ordering process I made it very clear these were meant to be a uniform and that they needed to be durable and she guaranteed they would be perfect for the job. We suited up 60-70 staff members in new shirts and a few days in realized that they were all falling apart. Our logo barely even visible. I emailed the owner immediately, and followed up weekly to tell them that more and more shirts are losing the design we had printed on them. Unfortunately, in the heat of our busy season we could not take the uniform from all of our staff for her to ‘replace them’. We did send off 2 to be replaced, and the logo started falling off yet again right after we received them. Once kids went back to school and our industry slowed down I brought in half of the shirts to show her what that we were experiencing wasn’t isolated but in fact on every shirt purchased. She refuses to give a refund. Indicated that because they were worn, there was nothing she can do. Now we are forced to place the same order with a company actually capable of the job and spend the 2500 because of their incompetence. She is sitting looking at a bag of 30 shirts that have lost their logo at this moment and still sticks to the fact that they put out a good product. Would never recommend this place. Almost feels like we were scammed.

Been here twice 2006 and 2009 whilst on holiday. Extremely friendly and remembered us from our first visit. Great clothes and still have the embroidered jacket 10 years on.

Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars. Image was wrong size and wrong color. Their policy of money up front and no refunds on faulty or poor quality work is not communicated at the time of purchase. Extremely rude when complaints are registered. The only thing worse than the quality of the product was the quality of service. The store has gone dramatically downhill since the original owner retired. These people should not be in business!
