Jonathan arrived on time and went above and beyond what I expected from my furnace and A/C inspection. He was here for over 90 minutes and was very patient to explain what he had done and what he recommended. He obviously takes pride in his work and isn't in a hurry. Price was very competitive. I would certainly call on him again for my next HVAC needs.

Jon and Dave did an excellent job with our AC replacement. They are a friendly, honest company and it was clear that Jon takes a lot of pride in his work - very meticulous and dead set on doing things properly without cutting corners. Pricing was competitive, but the value was exceptional. You get piece of mind with these guys. Would definitely recommend.

Well, here goes another 5 star rating. Jon is very meticulous, and really does an excellent job. I couldn’t believe how thorough he was! He’s very knowledgeable, and obviously takes pride in his work. I absolutely recommend Grasslands.
