Amazing dealership! Bought a side x side, quad, and sled over the past couple years from them. Owner is always onsite and willing to help out. Will definitely go back for my next purchase.

Not worth your time! Let me rephrase that, I clearly was not worth their time. I had called in to ask about a Maverick xRC that they had listed, and mentioned I would stop in sometime that next week to have a look. Stopped in one afternoon, asked to see the owner Colin, (I had spoke with him on the phone). He was on the phone at the moment discussing some trailer stuff so I waited patiently for several minutes. His conversation went on from business to reclined back in his chair BSing about hockey games, clearly ignoring the fact that he had a potential customer waiting to speak with him. I walked out. Followed up with an email to get pricing on the unit (hoping to get a good enough deal on the leftover '19 and then just take it elsewhere for service if needed). Got a reply with a price higher than originally listed in the ad. I followed with an email asking about warranty and have yet to hear back after a week. They clearly don't need my business so I will happily shop elsewhere for a 25K machine. Check out 54 North Powersports in Bonnyville!!! They have excellent service and are prompt to answer any questions you may have!!!

Went into this store looking to purchase a new sxs , was meet at the front deck by a lady which we said hello to and she just looked at us. Oh well maybe she was busy. Then walked around the dealership and a sales guy wouldnt even get out of his chair to come talk to us. He just asked if we were looking for something and we said yes. And he just stayed in his chair. I went out into the warehouse as they didnt have anything on the floor to show , noone ever came out to see if we had questions or if we were looking for something. Bought a quad from them 3 years ago and seemed to be alot better.... maybe we was waiting for his coffee to kick in so he had energy to get up from his chair. Definitely wont be a return customer now.
Good friendly service, well stocked inventory. I get all my brp parts here as i pass through often and they are better and cheeper than local dealership.
