If we could have scored higher we would. The service from start to finish was simply outstanding. Mick the sales designer was really professional in helping us decide which 2 new composite doors to choose. Before he came to visit he explained how the company is following Government guidelines during this pandemic and really put our minds at ease. He showed us the finished designs on his iPad and costed it up for us. We were never pressured at any point into making a decision. A few days after placing the order I had a phone call from Gwynn the surveyor. He was thorough and polite and explained he was there to take final millimetre perfect measurements as all products are made to measure. A couple of weeks later Nick came to fit our doors. He was extremely careful in removing the old doors so as not to cause any damage and spent the rest of the day fitting, adjusting, trimming, cleaning and sealing the new doors. He explained to us how the doors worked, when and what to clean them with and went through the 10 year guarantee with us. After he had gone we couldn’t tell he’d been here, everything was left clean and spotless and the old doors were taken away. Now we are left with 2 beautiful new doors of impressive quality which have already been commented on by our neighbours. We recently had our conservatory and windows renewed and were pleased with the company and staff. Recently I sent an email about two door seals but I am still waiting a reply. I am putting this down to corona virus related problems at the moment. Usually they sort snagging problems out quickly.
After chasing them several times for quote just never heard anything back from them, poor customer service.
Over the last few years we have used Grassmoor Glass to replace our conservatory, doors and windows. Recently they replaced our French door, fitting bi-folding doors. I can now say after all the work has been completed that we are highly satisfied with the work carried out on our behalf. Any teething problems that cropped over the period have always been promptly corrected by a staff of skilled and helpful craftsmen. Thank you.
