WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER I’ve returned a TV since more than a month. On the 21st of December I’ve received a confirmation that the TV was back in their stock and that I would have received news about my refund asap. More than a month has passed by now and I have no news about my money, when I will receive them or whatsoever. I’ve been calling the customer service several times, not speaking about the waste of time waiting to have someone at the phone, they have never been able to solve the situation and confirm my refund. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Secondo me il vantaggio di un negozio fisico di elettronica è che si può chiedere nel caso di dubbio sugli articoli ma in Unieuro di Gravellona è impossibile perché non c'è mai uno disponibile e anche se ci sono fanno finta di essere impegnati e ti ignorano... allora meglio comprare su Amazon.
