I always experience impeccable and quick customer service at this location. It is my preferred place to get chicken for my family and its always cooked to perfection .

Great service but cutting corners. Gravy was watery. Bucket of chicken shown in picture that's what I got when I got home and opened it. Popcorn chicken is like a cup and a half worth. And the classic chicken? The majority were small pieces with little meat. Is this worth 40? Absolutely not. That is a saucer and a small spoon. That is an example of the majority of pieces given to me hidden under two regular size classic chicken pieces. Its clearly not doing well. Store is often empty parking lot and it is OBVIOUS owners are cutting corners to stay afloat. Which I understand however I have to spend my money where it's going to get a equal return. I have poster pictures twice and they keep beong removed. I dont know why as there is an option and are relevant to the review.
If you're going here don't expect them to create the new version of the modern day KFC. The old way was good enough as it was and didn't need to be changed in any regard. If you want dry chicken go to Orillia or basically any other KFC across Ontario. The reason as to why it's greasy is because that's how it was originally made, even though the strips are extremely crispy. I had gone here from the time period of being a minor into an adult. The people here treat you like family, nobody is rude it's just how you perceive it. So please do not try to come after people who work to provide you a meal. They are doing everything they possibly can in these times and even before hand. If you're going to this KFC then please understand that you have to go into it knowing that they stuck to the roots of what KFC should be. Support this place. Support the people.
Not good experience. Manager is mean, to me covid protocols weren't really handled too well since the one lady pulled her mask down, wiped her nose across her hand, and then didn't even put her mask back up OR wash her hands. Next, you might want to check twitter direct message. I had to send my complaint into you through there, as both your survey wasn't working and the contact us section on your site was also broken. Have fun and avoid this kfc

Got takeout to try the new vegetarian chicken sandwich. It was incredible. I would definitely recommend to any vegetarian looking for a fast food alternative to a veggie burger.
This without question the worst KFC I have ever had. The response from the owner was both ignorant and arrogant. Disgusting
