On Jul, 2020 I bought Lakeshore Sunset Cruiser high end paddle board from Paddle Shack. Unfortunately, I discovered a defect with the product after the very first use. I contacted Paddle Shack and the issue was resolved. Five Stars due to the way they handle warranty issues.
Its tough to rate places like this right now. Covid has drained most outdoor equipment stores inventory. Only negative would be accessibility. Tough to not tick off the person driving behind you to pull in.
Ooooo...these guys are great! We bought our first canoe there. They took the time to explain the details, trial fitted to all of us (4 in the family), and even walked us through some canoeing techniques. Could not have asked for a better shopping experience, and even though this was not just a "spare change" purchase it felt like we were in good hands! We tossed the canoe on and off all the way home (Windsor) we went! So the distance should tell you something about why we bought our stuff all the way up there...

May of 2017 had two white water rigged canoes booked for the long weekend. Called in advance to confirm booking. Showing up the day of we were told unapologetically that they didn’t have the canoes and we were out of luck. They even went as far as to suggest we didn’t need the white water set up without any knowledge of our route (quite dangerous assumption). Luckily oxtongue Algonquin outfitters could prepare the boats for us last minute. Paddleshack almost ruined our trip and we will never return. I strongly suggest using Algonquin outfitters instead.
