Alex makes you feel very comfortable is always trying different ways to fix you. Recently had third visit for shoulder problem and have gone from excruciating pain 24hrs a day to a controllable ache. So far so good would definitely recomend

Not only is Alex an experienced professional with tons of knowledge, she is a mum too which makes the support and guidance much more valuable. Alex identified areas to work on and gave me exercises to do at home to support, she also entertained my 5 month old at the same time! Highly recommend to any mum
