Andrew and the team were very professional, guiding us through the process with good advice, as we hadn't moved for 33 years we thought we would find the whole thing daunting. They were always at the end of the phone, acting on our behalf when necessary and always knowing exactly what stage we were at without prompting. I would definitely recommend also using their conveyancing team too, ours was the best solicitor in the whole chain for updates, action and access via email.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Frank was always available when we needed him for something big or small (which was regularly!) Brilliant support as exchange approached, it got a little stressful due to the incompetence elsewhere in the chain, but Frank and Jason kept it going. We finally made it over the finish line and are due to complete in 3 days. Thank you for all your help, keeping us calm(ish) when it got tough.

ZERO RATING NOT EVEN ONE STAR JUSTIFIES THIS COMPANY. No manners, rude and abrupt. Times are difficult in the current climate so some politeness doesn’t hurt. We were looking to sell our house but clearly you don’t want the business so we have gone elsewhere and been treated correctly! need to treat people with respect... will not be recommending
