I’ve been using Nikki and her wonderful team of ladies to clean my house since I moved to Kent 5 years ago. Am a busy working mum of two young children so I couldn’t do without them. Absolutely excellent service, can be general clean or tailored to exactly what you want each week - great value for money. They do ironing too, deep cleans and fridge/ oven cleans etc. Utterly trustworthy team. Thoroughly recommend

So they cleaned well but it was not a deep cleaning service I paid for . It was normal houseworks. Nothing deep. I had to tell them to go in depth and they were well happy to do but that s not what I paid for. Cobwebs left all around , blinds not cleaned properly, bathroom cupboards not done , dusty light shades and and I felt they rushed to finish. I could have done that if without calling them. I don’t think that’s their fault either.. it’s what they are instructed to do the issue - as what they have done is not a deep cleaning and I am not sure what your business means for deep cleaning . So probably you wanna retrain your staff to that and get out there prepared as people are well aware about what they are paying for.

Have been using this company for the past few months, after using other companies these are by far the best and most professional service I have ever received, I started with a deep clean with was carried out excellently and how I hoped it would be, I now have a weekly standard clean which is just as great, the staff are always polite and very friendly and efficient, a brilliant all round service

I have been using these cleaners due to my mobility problems weekly now for over 3 years and after some bad experiences with a couple of other companies I must say I have never met such happy yet professional workers. NEVER have I been disappointed with a clean unlike with my previous cleaners and cannot recommend these enough. I would just like to say a huge thank you to my normal cleaners who attend Nikki and Sherry who not only always manage to make my home spotless but who I look forward to seeing each week as they really do brighten up my day when they are here.
